Across three decades in project management, safety instrumentation & process controls, and project delivery, Kate led diverse teams on process control detail engineering, large FEED initiatives, conceptual design and project management consulting for clients including Dow, Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobile, PetroCan, Suncor, Syncrude, etc. navigated complexity, risks, handovers and demanding timelines. As a mentor, she helps you translate that discipline into your context: fewer surprises, aligned interfaces, effective meetings and accountable action.

Kate is now a full time professional coach, helping engineering and tech leaders, managers to set goals, expand their skillsets and elevate their horizon, by providing a psychologically safe and reflective space, in order to guide her clients to reach their optimum potential.
Kate’s credentials include ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), PMI-PMP. Kate is also a certified organizational development specialist with coaching approach, and a licensed emotional intelligence coach practitioner. She quite often uses 360° assessment tools, her approach blends engineering realism with people sense, facilitate technical leaders to grow without losing momentum.
